If any of you are into Womens Pro Surfing try to catch tonight in France LIVE on aspworldtour.com the Junior Girls Finals in SEIGNOSSE, Les Bourdaines, France (Friday , May 14, 2010) – Attention was focused on the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) Swatch Girls Pro Nage Melamed (HAW) 16, Sponsored by FOX, advanced to the quarter-finals along with Pauline Ado (FRA) in a closely contested heat.

Junior today where high quality small wave surfing showed cased the talented mix of top European and overseas under-21 junior female surfers. The Swatch Girls Pro a 6-Star Women’s Star Series event called a lay day following a decision by event officials not to resume round 3 of competition.

Getting off to a great start Melamed had racked up two solid rides ahead of her rivals allowing her to remain dominant in the line-up making sure not to let her opponents andy opportunity to sneak under her guard. They are surfing pretty tiny waves.

But Tonight if you are in Australia, Hawaii -Pacific or Cali check the girls out. Hawaii has two girls in the Finals. Coco Ho and Nage. Go Hawaii! The WQS women may also be surfing or it could be a lay day as its zin zin nami nay!

We have a swell happening here but its pretty SOUTH, so best to go further South for some solid size.

Its now at night in the low to mid 50’s for those in the Northern Hemi and its Emu Boot weather down under, but on the Goldy its beautiful during the days at mid to lower 70’s. And either glassy or with a very slight off shore wind or as we say in Hawaii trade winds. So nice to sleep in.
